Marketing 4C Theory Applied To Files Resource Development And Utilization

With the development of information technology,the value of archival information resources has been paid more and more attention by the society,on the one hand,because of the traditional production factors and limitations in the process of national development began to highlight.On the other hand,the development of information technology has affected all aspects of society,the concept of information has been extended to the field of archives,and has put forward new requirements for archival resources.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the development and utilization of archival information resources in recent years.It is found that the archives have been passive in information service because of the historical reasons of the development of archives and the nature of their institutions.This is mainly due to the lack of initiative to analyze the needs of file users and to make practical efforts to meet the needs of users.Therefore,this paper selects the marketing4 C theory as the theoretical guidance,through the literature analysis method,the comparative analysis method and the interdisciplinary research method,from the demand,the cost to the archives in the information resources development utilization existence question,Facilitate and communicate the four aspects of analysis,and give the corresponding recommendations.This paper includes four parts,the first part is the introduction,the research background of the article is introduced,at the same time,it describes the current situation of the development and utilization of archival information resources both at home and abroad.The second part is to analyze the status quo of the development and utilization of archival information resources in China from two aspects: achievements and deficiencies.The third part is the necessity and feasibility of applying 4C theory to the development and utilization of archival information resources.The necessity part discusses why we should combine the 4C theory with the 4C theory,and discusses the feasibility of using the 4C theory.The fourth part discusses the problems encountered in the application of the 4C theory to the development and utilization of archivalinformation resources and the corresponding suggestions.It is mainly carried out from five aspects: the satisfaction of demand,the control of cost,the creation of convenient resource acquisition environment,the communication with users and the security of archival information.
