| Archival work not only has benefits,but also reflects benefits in all aspects,and complies with the principle of benefits.Facing actual needs for enterprises to comprehensively improve quality and benefits,enterprise archival work also needs to focus on benefits,especially in the era of China's new normal economy.Actually,enterprise archival resources already become important resources related to the survival and development of enterprises.Moreover,benefits of Enterprise archival work are mainly reflected in the development of enterprise archival resources,presenting as development benefits of enterprise archival resources.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the meaning of the development benefit of enterprise archival resources,the problems in the formation process of development benefits of enterprise archival resources and their causes,and put forward strategies to enhance development benefits of enterprise archival resources.Firstly,this paper analyzes the meaning of benefit and some related concepts,and clarifies that development benefits of enterprise archival resources are comprehensive benefits that integrate benefits of enterprise archival resources,benefits of enterprise archival management rules and regulations,talent benefits of enterprise archivists.Subsequently,categories and characteristics of development benefits of enterprise archival resources are analyzed.Furthermore,it is elaborated that the realization of development benefits of enterprise archival resources must rely on enterprise archival resources and supportive resources such as enterprise archival management rules and regulations,enterprise archivists,and must take supporting the survival and development of enterprises as the core function.Secondly,based on the statistical analysis of cases such as excellent cases of the development and utilization of Chinese enterprise archival resources in 2017,outstanding cases of the management innovation of Chinese enterprise archival work in 2018,the formation process of development benefits of enterprise archival resources of other enterprises is reviewed to backtrack problems and explore causes.In the process of bringing about development benefits of enterprise archival resources,there are problems of limitations of benefits preferences in the early stages,insufficient motivations to generate benefits during the process,poor performance of benefits in the later stages.All these problems are due to the following four reasons: the immature concept of development benefits of enterprise archival resources,enterprise archival management rules and regulations' lack of adaptability to the development of enterprise archival resources,the lack of pertinence in the enterprise archival management and development,and enterprise archivists' insufficient ability to develop enterprise archival resources.Finally,based on the composition of development benefits of enterprise archival resources,factors restricting the release of development benefits of enterprise archival resources and excellent cases,strategies to improve development benefits of enterprise archival resources are proposed from three aspects of enterprise archival management rules and regulations,enterprise archival management and development,and enterprise archivists.In detail,to build specifications for benefits improvement,enterprise archival management rules and regulations must be macro-controlled and specialized.To promote benefit-enhancing practice,the enterprise archival management must be development-oriented and the development of enterprise archival resources must be based on needs of enterprises.To improve the professionalism and enthusiasm of enterprise archivists in the enhancement of development benefits of enterprise archival resources,sound vocational opportunities must be offered and more attention must be paid to enterprise archivists' physical and mental health. |
