The Study Of Exploitation And Utilization Of Ethnic Archival Information Resources In Yunnan

Based on the study of the exploitation and utilization of ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan,by summarizing the construction of ethnic archival resources carried out by archival departments at all levels in Yunnan in recent years,and guided by their successful experiences and practices,this thesis tries to clarify the basic concepts of the exploitation and utilization of ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan;sort out relevant theories;probe into the achivements features,methods and paths of exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan;analyze the characteristics,achievements and problems of ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan,;put forward improvement measures.The value of this thesis is to give advisable reference to the promotion of ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan.The thesis is composed of three parts:the preface,the thesis proper and the conclusion.The preface mainly introduces the significance of the study,literature review,research approaches,methods applied,innovations and so on.The thesis proper comprises five parts,namely:the concepts,basis and significance of exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan;the features,methods and paths of exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan;the achievements and characteristics of exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan;the existing problems and measures of exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan.The first part is about the concepts,basis and significance of exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan.The definitions of archival information resources,ethnic archival information resources,exploitation and utilization of archival information resources,exploitation and utilization of thnic archival information resources in Yunnan are given in this part.Theories of exploitation of archival resources,information resource sharing,multi-cultural service,construction of archival informationization,ethnic archival science are discussed in this part.Furthermore,the first part elaborates the significance of the study.The second part is about the features,methods and paths of exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan.In this part,exploitation and utilization of archives of Pu'er Tea,tourist archives,medical archives and key rare and endangered archives is discussed characterizing establishment of quality counciousness,brand counciousness,in-depth study and scientific research.It is also discussed in this part compiling and publicizing of ethnic archival materials,editing and publishing of ethnic archival pictorials,issuing ethnic archival information reference,publishing popular books on ethnic archives,shooting films on ethnic archives,hosting exhibition of ethnic archives,carrying out projects on memories of ethnic groups in Yunnan,construction of intangible cultural heritage database and archival database of ethnic groups in Yunnan.Approaches discussed in this part are scientific selection of topics,brand forging,introduction of foreign intelligence,intersectoral links,combining internal work with external work,focusing on compiling and Yunna.The author has chosen 8 typical cases for study,focusing on demonstrating the achievements in exploitation and utilization of Ashima archives,the Cuan stone archives,the Bai archives,archival files of the Yi,the Naxi Dongba archival files,the Dai historical archives,the folk culture archives,archives of the Zhuang folk culture.This part of the thesis also analyzes the diversification of the subject of exploitation and utilization,the socialization of the object,the modernization of the approaches,the huge quantity of compiling work,diversified types and forms of carries of compilation as well as the key factors affecting the exploitation and utilization of ethnic archival resources in Yunnan.The fourth part is about the existing problems in exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan.Through on-the-spot study,consulting experts and literature investigation,the author elaborates in this part the problems in exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan.The problems are:lack of variety in collection,lack of original archives,unable to meet the social needs;lack of scientific approaches,technology and paths;lack of an effective mode and innovative mechanism;a lower level of digitalization,networking and informationization and not enough study on theories,insufficient experience and scarce scientific findings.The fifth part is about measures of exploiting and utilizing the ethnic archival information resources in Yunnan.In this part,some feasible countermeasures are put forward to
