Status Of Archival Information Resources Development And Utilization And Countermeasures

With a high degree of development of human society, information resources as a special economic resources has been widely recognized. In the industrial economy to a knowledge economy is gradually changing context of the times, people have been paying attention to an important information resource--archival. Today in the deepening trend of information technology, how effective development and utilization of archival information resources has emerged as an important issue at all levels of the files included in the agenda among departments.
