China's rapid economic development, the development of the banking industry is booming, especially the joint-stock commercial banks, the concept of advanced foreign banking industry to join the industry, so the traditional banking industry in China must be reformed, and the market as a key focus on the commodity and the market as a key to the customer as the focus of the industry. Since China entered the WTO, because the commercial banks are more and more, the customer's selectivity is also more and more, so how to deal with the relationship between the good and the customer is more and more important to the commercial bank. Bank customer relationship management system through the analysis of the relevant information to customers, the customer to carry out specific classification, to support the relationship between bank and customer relationship, for commercial banks to create greater profit.So the customer relationship management of commercial banks will become an important research topic.Bank customer relationship management, is the professional theories commercial banks and customers to communicate, is the application of new banking information system. Through the study of relevant customer management system, customer relationship management system of the bank decided to use B / S structure model design and development. The database server using SQL2005, in order for the system to build.NET platform, the source code using Java language to write, use ADO.NET technology to complete the database communication on the Internet. Software engineering has been studied in-depth understanding of the software development process, combined with the results of field research at HSBC, the system can perform a full range of customer information, in-depth analysis. According to the actual function of the different modules, system design the following seven modules: work platform, customer management, marketing management, portfolio, knowledge base,business reporting, system management. After the systems are all open, to effectively improve the bank employees for customer management and business decisions of efficiency, it has been the bank, bank employees, bank customers the same recognition and praise. Fully tested through a number system, which can be broadly used to achieve customer goals; the system itself is stable and secure, not because of erroneous input, malfunction, hardware failure as a result of loss of information or data. Of course, in the system after use, we will be appropriate modifications and maintenance, increase function modules make the system function better.Through the design and research of bank customer relationship management system, we can draw a conclusion: the customer relationship management(CRM) is a new management concept for the development of China's commercial banks. Bankcustomer management system will be the collection of market information and customer information and customer information management and analysis. The implementation of the system can make commercial banks to meet the target customers, meet customer needs, improve the accuracy of customer management and customer loyalty can be achieved.
