With the opening of Chinese financial market,foreign banks quietly occupied the high-end market of banking industry,and they were leading the development of the wealth management business area.And due to the development of interest rate market,electronic technology and financial disintermediation products,the traditional banking business is lower its threshold,the profit space is narrowed,competition would be more intense.In various resources for competition,customer resource is the fundamental factor,any bank has mastered the quality of customer resources,who can be mostly invincible in the competitive market environment.Therefore,how to realize the customer information management,improve the efficiency of customer service and banking management has become the most important problem to be solved.Based on the theory of B/S structure and J2 EE architecture,this paper explores a series of problems in the design of customer relationship management system of bank by analyzing the demand of bank customer relationship management.And it abstracts the relationship between theory and practice and points out the realization scheme of customer relationship management,which has important and far-reaching significance to promote the intelligentization of bank's information construction and internal business management.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,the domestic and foreign research status of the bank customer relationship management system and the research content of the paper.Secondly,the paper analyzes the technical background and system correlation of the bank customer relationship management system design combining system analysis and feasibility study.Then it analyzes the system of customer service management module,financial product marketing management module,the customer information statistical analysis module,the system operation and maintenance management module,the system operation and maintenance management module,and so on.Finally,the system is tested and analyzed,which includes system test and test strategy description,test report and system performance analysis.This paper analyzes the current situation of customer relationship management system and its system operation of A branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China and finds out the existing customer relationship management of A branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China in service concept,customer resource allocation,business process efficiency,system implementation and customer information mining,The system role configuration is still inadequate,into the modern information management philosophy,design customer relationship management system,with a view to China Agricultural Development Bank A branch actively promote customer relationship management system to provide basis for implementation.
