Design And Implementation Of High Quality Customer Relation Management System For Agricultural Bank Of Xinjiang

With the gradual opening of markets, there are more and more intense competitions in the financial industry. The traditional customer management idea and technology cannot meet the requirement of customer management for Agricultural bank of China. It is important strategy for the bank’s development to serve the high quality customers. With the popularization and application of the computer technology and Internet, the system of management of high quality customers comes out based on J2EE technology. This article focuses on the design and realization of customer relation management based on J2EE technology. This system is based on computer technology and network, computer technology and network are applied to daily customer information management. The method is to transfer a large number of trivial work to computers for processing, thus the customer manager can concentrate upon deep customer management. The method of making use of the computer and network technology, is no matter from the management mode or the management level, profound theoretical and realistic significance.After investigating and studying business flow of customer management, I analyze the advantage of combination of J2EE technology and customer relationship management. This article makes a specific design project based on the J2EE technology and Oracle for data base. After specific code realization and system test, the high quality customer relationship management system in each module was implemented. Practices have proven the management system that the article described operates stable and smooth. It can meet the Agricultural bank of China’s requirement.
