With our country the development of economic globalization, the domestic and international banking in the increasingly fierce competition, make the Banks have to shift from "to benefit as the center" to "take the customer as the center", customer resources become the core of bank operation and management, and gradually become commercial Banks are the most important strategic resources. Therefore, the implementation of Customer Relationship Management system, better keep existing customers, and attract new customers, promote the competitiveness of the Banks is of great significance.Dissertation first studied the customer relationship management related theory, through the research of the implementation of the foreign bank experience, combined with a domestic commercial bank, designs and realizes a retail customer relationship management system for bank. The main content of the thesis include:describes a domestic commercial bank customer relationship management and the problems in the research background; in the system are introduced to the basic theory and key technology; then abstracts the main users of the system, and analyze them using UML, extract the system main functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Based on the basic principles and objectives of the system construction, respectively for the overall architecture and function module of the system design. In the process of function module design and implementation, the system is divided into customer management, sales management, information management, short message service, statistical reports, system management, and other six main modules, describes the system function and specific implementation process, and the interface display.Stable operation after the system put into production, improve the working efficiency of customer management, consolidate the old customer, to broaden the ways to develop new customers, has a good benefit, has certain promotion value.
