Customer management as an important part of the daily management of commercial bank, its management efficiency directly affects the bank’s competitiveness in the market. Under the background of increasing competition in the market, the importance of customer management is more and more prominent. At present, commercial Banks are developing customer relationship management(CRM) system, but there is no information management system for VIP customers. Based on customer management status quo of the agricultural bank wenzhou branch, explore the Banks VIP customer management system design and implementation of the plan, in order to through the research, improve the VIP customer recognition and satisfaction of banking services.Thesis work is under the guidance of software engineering related ideas and methods, according to the steps of software development, discussed bank VIP customer management system analysis, design, implementation and testing process. Put forward using the J2 EE technology and SQL Server database, realize the system development scheme based on MVC framework. According to this plan, finally realizes the system including customer information management, customer service management, financial management hotline, text messaging and so on function module. Among them, customer information management to achieve the import from other bank business system of VIP customer information, and to maintain the information; Customer service management to complete the maintenance of VIP customer service process, realize the customer service content query in a timely manner, working for the department of marketing provides a reliable reference basis; Banking hotline for bank marketing sales personnel and design and development, through the function module, can realize publish and share financial information; Text messaging capabilities to achieve the timely communication between Banks and their customers, to ensure that the bank product release or information change can let customers know in time, indirect improve the satisfaction of customers on the bank work.At present, the thesis discusses the bank VIP customer management system has been applied in the agricultural bank wenzhou branch, from the point of application, the use of the system, to improve the efficiency of bank VIP customer service and the effect has obvious effect, and for the realization of the bank made important contribution to sustainable development.
