Domestic commercial banks customer relationship management system construction and research focus on the emergence in recent years, and its research background is mainly with China’s rapid economic development, the rapid increase in types of private business appear. For a long time, either leading or bank managers and other customers who are building the customer relationship management stays in the management, organization and training of personnel on the basis of very little from the viewpoints of technology customer relationship management system of the building.In this paper, customer relationship management theory, learn the successful experience of foreign banks, combined with the actual situation of a commercial bank in the consolidated bank’s existing business systems, based on the analysis and design of a set of domestic commercial banks for customer relationship management systems.Firstly, by a domestic commercial bank customer relationship management system project background and development and design problems, explains the process of system design and implementation of key technologies. Then for a bank customer management system characteristics of the main users of classification analysis, access to the main functions of the system requirements and non-functional requirements. Combined bank customer management objectives and principles, the use of UML (Unified ModelingLanguage), respectively, of the system modeling language layered technical architecture and function modules were designed. In the function module design, the parts of the system are discussed in detail the characteristics and composition of the main function, on this basis, the author conducted a database design, given the main entity-relationship model and the logical structure of the main data table. Finally, then layered architecture based on J2EE model hierarchical module system design key points are described, combining MVC (Model View Controller) design pattern gives a detailed design of the layers class. By placing the system into system management, group customer management, customer information management, customer analysis, product management, and target customers mining six main modules for detailed design, including the design and timing diagram package diagram design.
