Design And Implementation Of Bank Customer Relationship Management System Based On Web

After China’s accession to WTO, foreign banks are allowed to join the Chinesemarket, increasing competition among banks.It uses manual methods to manage inprevious customer relationship management system,increasing the cost of the work ofbanks and reducing its efficiency.Through information management,customersrelationship management is becoming increasingly urgent.Through the platform, itcan standardize the whole process of customer relationship management, later it hasstandardized processes for customer relationship management, providing continuouspower for development banks to promote a comprehensive customer relationshipmanagement upgrade.To solve the above problems, the paper details the development of the bank’scustomer relationship management system based on Web. It first introduces thesystem development background and significance of the subject, and then describesthe core technology of system development, the main use is J2EE developmentplatform, followed by the system needs analysis, including analysis of functionalrequirements and non-functional requirements analysis.In the system design session, itincludes the overall framework design, business logic, functional design, safety designand database design.The system mainly uses B/S development framework.Afteranalyzing the bank customer management system,it is designed by function for thecustomer information management, credit management, system management,customer service management, statistics management of five main modules. It isimplemented by UML diagrams, interface, flow charts and other methods to completethe bank customer relationship management development system.Finally, the bank customer relationship management system conducts softwaretesting.The test is divided into functional and non-functional testing and the testresults shows features meeting the demand.
