With the progress of science and technology,we have experienced the era of network,now we are in the era of intelligent information.Enterprise office is also in response to the times rely on the internet to build a more systematic and intelligent office system.To solve the problem of redundant office procedures,companies need to start using systems to manage employee files.Under the traditional way,file management requires manual filling and sorting of paper materials,and then the files are classified,sorted,bound and archived by category.This way not only causes the waste of stationery tools,but also increases the workload of administrators.Because of the paper-based office,office materials are stored by paper materials for a long time,which wastes a lot of manpower and space in the process of binding and storage.When the office system is used to store all the archives,it can not only make the management of all kinds of materials clearer,but also realize the sharing,communication and cooperation among employees,so as to facilitate the development of work.After several generations of development office system,clear process,rich functions,advanced technology,improve the convenience of office system,ease of use,make enterprise office streamline,intelligent,able to make paper office management way of simplification,so now a lot of units,the enterprise began to use this network office automation system for human resource management,project cooperation,etc,all vying to build up their own enterprises in the network system,engaged in management activities,to improve the management efficiency of enterprises.Human resource management system adopts Java cross-platform programming language,MySQL relational database,and MVC framework technology for development,which is used to solve the problem of human resources credit file management in guangyuan power supply company.The system fluent,the interface clear,reduces the operation difficulty is this system design several aspects which need to consider,causes the search,the inquiry to be more convenient,clear.The system design mainly has the front end module and the back end module;System mainly implements the personnel evaluation,basic information,information in the certificate and safety training,safety test,workload,illegal information,safety accident event,punishing award,and other functions,to develop the related all the materials importedinto the database,and realize the interactions with the front end connection,the entire process to ensure the security of database intrusion prevention,at the same time,it should be timely backup,prevent data loss,completes the maintenance work of the system.The system realizes the management of county and municipal employees' file information through searching and searching relevant information of all personnel,and is supported by a unified development platform.After the development,the system has the characteristics of perfect system integration framework,security architecture and multi-terminal support.After testing,the system runs well,the interface is clear and is widely used.
