Human resources are the basic resources for enterprises' value creating,and play a very important role in the healthy development of enterprises.The content of human resource management is very complicated,among which training and education management is one of the main works.In order to improve the level and quality of human resource training and education management,the human resource training and education management model based on computer software has been widely valued in China in recent years.These systems have been applied in many enterprises,and effectively promoted the efficiency of human resource training and education.In the ERP platform construction,Luzhou power supply company proposed the research and development task of human resource management platform.In this paper,the staff training and education management system is designed and implemented,which established a software functional model including training demand management,training plan management,training implementation management and training resource management according to luzhou power supply company and its county power supply company's employee training and education business management methods and norms.So the system can improve the company's staff training and education business quality.In the research work,this paper first briefly introduces the development trend of enterprise staff training and education informatization at home and abroad,as well as the system development technologies.Secondly,the human resource management business system of Luzhou power supply company was investigated in detail.The development of staff training and education management business was investigated,and the process modeling of the key businesses including training demand management,training plan management,training implementation management and training resource management was conducted.And this thesis also analyzes the function of the system,puts forward the detailed function target of the system,and introduces the performance development requirement of the system.Thirdly,this thesis adopts Web development technology and MVC pattern to design and develop the staff training education management system,including the overall functional model of the system,network topology,detailed functional structure,database design,etc.Then this thesis designs and develops the functional modules of training demand management,training plan management,training implementation management and training resource management in the system.Finally,the thesis introduces the test work of the system,selects the simulation configuration and simulation data,and shows some contents of the system's functional test cases,test results and operation effects.Then analyzes the performance of the system and evaluate whether the system meets the expected development requirements.The functional system of staff training and education management system is set up in strict accordance with the actual business of Luzhou power supply company.The system can provide comprehensive and reliable staff training and education management tools for relevant users,and improve the company's human resources management and staff training and education work efficiency and quality.
