The The Tongliang Supply The Company's Human Resources Management System Design And Realization

The human resource management systems are important management platforms for enterprises. It is significant for enterprises to establish human resource management systems with high efficiency to acquire decision-making information, standardize management, optimize workflow and improve inner management by improving working pattern, shortening management cycle, reducing repeated operation and improving work efficiency. The human resource management system for TongLiang Power Supplying Company is developed in this thesis to improve its management standard.An ASP technique and SQL server database-based human resource management system with B/S network structure and MVC frame pattern has been established in this thesis by employing advanced human resource management theories, considering the enterprise's reality and investigating the status quo of domestic and overseas human resource management system. The modules for managing staff information, wage and performance salary, work transfer, the title of a technical post, employee training, attendance records and employment have been implemented in the system.The testing results of the system show that: it has the advantages of running fluently and stably, friendly human machine interface, clear function decomposition and operation convenience, by which the predesigned workflow can be implemented successfully. Furthermore, it made a good score for its application in TongLiang Power Supplying Company.
