Research And Implement Of Grid Enterprise Human Resouree Supply And Demand Platform Based On HTML5

Along with the development of economy and the rising of burgeoning industry, there are millions of job positions being created in society. At the same time, a large amount of job seekers fail to get the work opportunity. This paper’s subject is the research and implement of Grid Enterprise Human Resource Supply and Demand Platform Based on HTML5, aiming at researching on the problem of imbalance and mismatch between human resource’s supplier and demander.The issue begins with the theory study. Then it considers and discusses the concept, application and estimate model of person-job match. According to the existing research, this paper analysis the influence factors of person-job match from two aspects-"job requirement-personal ability" and "personal need-job supply". Combined with the theory and methods of Comprehensive Evaluation, this paper build the model of Grid Enterprise’s person-job match comprehensive evaluation, based on which the Grid Enterprise Human Resource Supply and Demand Platform is designed. The development of platform is built on the framework of Struts+Hibernate+Spring, and platform is creatively developed as web application. In order to make the platform’s user interface more succinct, clear and convenient, HTML5and CSS3standard are chosen for the front-end’s design and implement. By this way, the platform can run on different devices easily, and the cost of maintain can be saved.Through the application example’s demonstration, Grid Enterprise Human Resource Supply and Demand Platform can take the advantage of information technology and web personnel recruitment, building person-job match comprehensive evaluating model on the basis of enterprise’s job requirement and people’s desire. After the scientific evaluation, the result statics can help job seekers to find jobs, recommending talent and suitable people for enterprises.
