Design And Realization For Enterprise Human Resource Management System

With the rapid development of computer science and information technology, informationization management is adopted by more and more enterprises. Human resources management system (HRMS) is an important component of enterprise management platform. HRMS informationization is helpful for higher efficiency, less repetitive work, lower management cost and higher management level.The current status of HRMS in China and other countries is analyzed in this paper. HRMS operation flow, functional requirement and no-functional require-ment are also analyzed on the base of a catering company’s operation status. Use cases are designed with Rational Rose according to the user’s requirement. Use case driving models are used for communication with the user and designing the system function modules. RUP is used as system developing method in the development process. System class diagrams as well as their relationship and system detailed analysis are designed on the base of the use cases obtained by requirement analyzing. Database tables are designed on the base of the entity class diagram and sequence models are set on the base of classes’relationship. C/S mode and3-layer architect-ture are used in this system. The center layer and client layer are designed with Delphi7.0, and database server is realized with Microsoft SQL Server database management system. The client layer is connected with the center server with Delphi components such as DataAccess and Data-Control, and the center server is connected with the database server with Deiphi ADO component through ADO interface and vise versa.This system is simple, easy to maintain and inexpensive. Rational management for employee is realized and human resource management is optimized by the system.
