After China's reform and opening up,radio and television stations at all levels have adopted the "business unit management" mode of operation,that is,from the "administrative management" gradually transition to "enterprise management” and in human resources management also began Traditional personnel management into a modern human resources management.In recent years,the state is accelerating the development of cultural industries,promoting the reform of public institutions,Shaanxi radio and television as a member of the institutions,in the case of market economy intensified,a positive response to national reform calls,inevitably entered the reform The tide.In this paper,Shaanxi Radio and Television as a research case,in-depth analysis of its performance management,and find out the problems in the management process,and then put forward targeted performance management measures and recommendations.This paper mainly uses the case analysis method,the questionnaire survey method and the literature analysis method to write the thesis.Based on the concept of performance management and related theories,this paper clarifies the problems and causes of Shaanxi radio and television station in the performance appraisal system by asking questions,analyzing the problems and solving the problems.According to these problems and causes,summarize the relevant data,carry out in-depth analysis,combined with incentive theory,performance management theory and 360-degree feedback theory,to develop a new performance in line with Shaanxi radio and television performance appraisal system to staff performance management reform as a means,Put forward a series of methods and measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the system,improve the foreign competitiveness of Shaanxi radio and television and staff work enthusiasm.
