With China’s accession to the WTO, the development of economy is intensifying as long as the competition of enterprises is increasing. Enterprises realize that the differences between Chinese enterprises and foreign mature enterprise are most because of the internal management of enterprises. In this form, the enterprises hope to carry on the reasonable and effective management to manage departments at all levels within the enterprise and employees, so performance management has received the widespread attention.When making enterprise performance appraisal, the enterprise should base on it’s development goal and the practical situation using the ways and means of the enterprise which can improve the work efficiency better to make the enterprise get better development. Enterprise performance assessment management is an important means for effective management of modern enterprises which is playing an important role on the strategic implementation, development management, talent development managemen.At present, many enterprises of our country focus on product quality improvement and cost reduction to develop the enterprises without being aware of the importance of staff performance appraisal management. Although some companies started to realize the importance of performance appraisal management and began to introduce this kind of management style, yet the actual effect is not ideal.Reason lies not only in the study of the performance appraisal management theory understanding, also in the inappropriate use of methods and techniques during the process of implementation.Enterprises in China is changing from traditional personnel management to modern human resources management, how can the enterprises take performance appraisal management theory into practice, how to use information technology to make enterprises execute implementation of performance appraisal management better, are the the subject and direction in urgent need to study enterprise.This paper implements daily monitoring and assessment from the enterprise group to primary unit, primary unit to secondary units and secondary units to basic unit combining the actual situation of enterprises to find suitable performance appraisal management mode and effective measures based on the research of the performance assessment management theory and the analysis of background and current situation of the development...
