360 degree feedback evaluation is a representative of the performance evaluation methods and is widely used by many companies, but the costs of traditional data processing methods is high and the 360 degree feedback method's effect is not so good. In this paper, for to improve the inadequate of original 360-degree feedback evaluation system of PetroChina South China Marketing Company, made on-line analytical processing (OLAP) technology into the information collection and analysis system. By building a complete and comprehensive 360-degree feedback evaluation process system, support system based on OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) technology, and an efficient optimization algorithm model, the effective data collection and data analysis will be integrated into a system. System testing and actual operating results show that the new system improved significantly and achieve the desired outcomes. This thesis include mostly:1. Build multi-dimensional data model, to achieve 360-degree feedback from the complexity of data analysis and processing, on-line analytical processing data cubes precomputed method, a summary of the results of precomputed physical storage, space for time, significantly improves analysis efficiency , through the powerful MDX language flexibly implemented multidimensional data model and analysis results show the data between the interaction to make up the traditional way of data reuse poor, due to poor encapsulation of data caused by lack of security risks, etc.2. For OLAP applications to sort the results of the integration of key issues, proposed improved algorithm. Through analysis of data pre-sorted, using a combination of collection and counting methods, and sequencing to achieve some quick queries to substantially increase the analysis efficiency, and on this basis, the introduction of covered yards of thought, in application to a more optimized code based on coverage Pre-sorting algorithm.3. Through the system architecture, modules, database design, to improve the traditional 360-degree feedback evaluation information system, the issuance of the questionnaire, recovery, Cuibao statistical management information such as insufficiency, user rights management imperfect, the system's maintainability, operational efficiency low problem.
