Research On Project Management Of Enterprise Informatization Performance Evaluation System

With the rapid development of the times,information technology has increasingly become a key factor driving social and economic development.More and more enterprises carry out information construction,expecting to break the information barrier,reduce material consumption,improve production efficiency and improve market competitiveness.However,statistics show that the success rate of enterprise informatization construction is not high.How to evaluate the performance of enterprise informatization and guide the construction of enterprise informatization has become a very important issue.Traditional enterprise informatization evaluation is mostly done by manual calculation.With the coming of cloud computing era,the amount of data is increasing,the data sources are extensive,and the data processing is complex.This evaluation method can no longer meet the requirements.It is urgent to develop enterprise informatization performance evaluation system to achieve automated evaluation.From the perspective of project management,this paper expounds how to develop enterprise informatization performance evaluation system with a development team composed of non-computer and software graduate students,and focuses on schedule management,team building and quality management.Firstly,the project of enterprise informatization performance evaluation system is analyzed and designed.Secondly,on the basis of analysis and design,how to manage the actual development process of the project is introduced from three aspects:progress management,team building and quality management.Schedule management introduces how to make project progress plan and take measures to control project progress;project team construction describes how to make project organization structure according to the characteristics of team members and the actual needs of the project,ensure the responsibility to people,formulate training content,and ensure team vitality by building a learning team;project quality management through quality planning,quality assurance and quality control.Control three aspects of management to ensure that the quality of project development meets the requirements.Finally,it introduces the implementation effect of the project of enterprise informatization performance evaluation system,introduces the functions of the system in the form of interface pictures,at the same time,the extension evaluation model and the realization of extension weight algorithm are introduced,and then tests the functions and performances of the system,and puts forward the improvement plan aiming at the defects of the project.The enterprise information performance evaluation system implemented in this paper adopts the system architecture of client/browser(B/S),and uses the Django web development framework based on Python to develop.The evaluation system is simple to operate and easy to learn.It realizes the whole process management of evaluation and flexible,objective and rapid evaluation.
