| University Library, as the service organization of literature information center, teaching,scientific research and discipline construction, plays an important role in the development of University. The university library staff performance appraisal, not only relates to the employee’s salary, benefits, job classification and employee benefits is closely related to the content, but also involves the management of talent recruitment, job selection and so on, so the importance is self-evident. Therefore, in this study, mainly through the use of performance evaluation theory and method, an effective reference in employee performance evaluation system of university library research achievements at home and abroad, and then combined with the FE University Library in the last few years on the staff performance appraisal work practice, to develop a set of performance appraisal system system, complete and scientific, to the original performance evaluation system is optimized, the specific contents are as follows:Firstly, the research background of the study in the research objective and significance,both at home and abroad for the research and technology related to research, the route was summarized; secondly, the performance appraisal content, methods, theoretical basis and feasibility of university library staff performance appraisal and difficulties are analyzed; again,the FE University Library’s organizational structure, personnel distribution, current situation of performance appraisal system and the existing problems are analyzed; finally, based on the analysis above the FE university library staff performance appraisal system optimization scheme design, optimization and implementation steps, and empirically the. Through this research, the library each employee’s performance evaluation objective and fair, and the evaluation results as employees, professional title evaluation and job adjustment on the basis of the library staffs value has been fully embodied. Through this study, on the one hand can enrich the theoretical system of expectations of staff performance appraisal of university library to a certain extent, on the other hand, is expected to provide effective solution for the existing performance appraisal system of FE University Library problems, and staff positions, to provide a reliable basis for compensation adjustment. |
