In recent years, with the domestic banking industry’s rapid development, high-quality customers continued to grow, continue to expand the operation scale, Bank branch at the grassroots level management is further highlighted. O n the one hand, not on employee performance evaluation with quantitative evaluation standards, branch between the evaluation standard is not unified, not conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of the work site staff; on the other hand, decision- making, management department of the bank can not be timely and accurately get the first node detailed business data, seriously affected the overall the timeliness and accuracy of decision-making.In view of the present state owned commercial bank Jiaxing branch examination requirements, Design a set of quantitative outcome indicators, qualitative indicators for performance appraisal model of behavior regulation. Through the analysis of a bank outlets staff performance evaluation system in the actual effect of Jiaxing area to promote the use of, the performance of the system was full validated and achieved good results.This research focuses on the following:1. Research on performance appraisal system of bank. In this paper, through the current widely used method of performance appraisal management by objective assessment, KPI assessment, the balanced scorecard, quantitative evaluation method of comparative advantages and disadvantages, according to the comprehensive quantitative assessment of ideas, design a bank to indicators of achievement, behavior indicator, specification index, evaluation index and other four categories of one class index based network performance evaluation model.2. Requirements and design of bank outlets staff performance evaluation system. Through the integration of the platform system, clarify the relationship between the user from management, product sales and traffic parameter maintenance management, query management, category management line. Using B/S structure for the technical architecture of the system, and using the function structure diagram of the system function design, and complete the design of database3. The ultimate realization of bank outlets staff performance evaluation system, and good operation effect. Through the authentication setting module, performance appraisal model, business analysis and chart display module and so on parameters, proves that the system realizes the data fetching, data analysis, performance evaluation and other multiple functions and the appraisal process, so that the original late monthly cash performance, prior to 10 days of each month to cash, improve the appraisal the work efficiency, and has formed a complete set of standard process performance evaluation, mak e the evaluation process more standardized, in order to provide reference criteria operation performance evaluation of other people in the future.
