With the rapid development of science and technology,computer and network technology,office information technology has been recognized and widely used in the medical and health institutions and health management institutions.But because of the volume health industry business and wide coverage,the various technical fields,inconsistent data standards,the original independence information system development and local inconsistent health informationization level,they hinder the development of regional medical information construction.At the same time,the regional health information sharing and our health service quality improving have been affected.The main reason is that partial backward relatively area,insufficient funds,large investment in software and hardware,lack of information technology professionals.SaaS(Software as a Service)has changed the way of the traditional software services,providing a feasible solution for the development of the regional health services.SaaS software service pattern is software rental.A set of software that can be rented to multiple users at the same time,reduce the cost of software used.greatly and reduce insoftware procurement,construction,maintenance,program management and other aspects of the burden of enterprises.Based on the research of the current domestic and foreign research and development status of the regional medical information sharing,we proposed the solution of the system of regional medical sharing information based on the SaaS model.According to the characteristics of the regional medical and health industry,the research has made the demand analysis and the system design.According to the demand analysis of the system,the system is divided into health archives subsystem,data acquisition subsystem,data exchange subsystem,index subsystem,identity authentication system and the system of registration subsystem.This system in the drawing the existing industry development advantages,based on SaaS service model,using SOA architecture design methods,the use of SDO data access model,multi user data model of SaaS programming model,and the introduction of SCA,SDO data access model,The data security problem of SaaS service model hasestablished relatively perfect strategies.According to the system of multi-user information sharing needs,the method of name and value pairing realize the system data configuration.Facing to the data security of SaaS services,the system provides a guarantee from the aspects of the data filtering,authorization,authentication,data encryption,backup and so on.Besides,this thesis presents the extended SaaS-RBAC model,further enhancing the system access control ability.After the process of the system detailed design and realization,system testing,the system can realize the exchange area medical institutions and health management information,providing technical support for the development of medical and health undertakings.
