In recent years, the rapid development of information technology is widely usedin various fields of society. In terms of medical and health information technology,with the support of national policy and funding, the level of information is beingsteadily improved, and a variety of advanced information technology is also widelyused. Cloud computing technology provides a strong technical support forinformation construction in health care institutions, and creates a shortcut for the newmedical reform. As a newly developed information technology, cloud computingtechnology has efficient advancement in information processing, and can accept alower cost on providing service. Exploring cloud computing technology and how touse it in different area is becoming one of the hottest areas of research in recent years.This paper mainly studied the architecture of regional medical informationsharing and business synergy architecture platform, using cloud computingtechnology and SOA model as technology support, using network to provide services.This platform is designed to integrate medical and health resources within the region.Using this platform can not only complete gathering, exchanging and sharinginformation from different medical and health institutions in the region, but alsopromote synergistic medical activities. In this way, high-quality medical resources canbe sunk to grassroots medical institutions, in order to help relieve the "difficult andexpensive" medical problem.Through analyzing the information construction, medical information sharingand synergistic medical activities of various medical and health institutions, proposedan architecture program of information sharing and business synergy platform basedon cloud computing technology, SOA and Web Service technology. Then studied keytechnologies applied in this platform and key modules. The specific work is launchedas follows: Firstly, analysis and researched on the needs of health information construction,including the interoperability of hospital information system, information constructionof primary health care institutions and synergistic medical activities between differenthospitals, combined with the current status of health information construction. Thenproposed the service function which should be provide by the platform.Secondly, designed an information sharing and business synergy architectureplatform which includes hardware and software architecture, using cloud computingtechnology, SOAarchitecture model, Web Service technology and SaaS service model.Especially, in this paper, present a construction of electronic health recordsarchitecture and deployment scheme based on the platform.At last, in order to accelerate the process of regional health informationconstruction, promote medical information sharing and collaborative medicalactivities, using SaaS model to provide software rental service. Therefore, proposedan access control model for multi-tenants to provide protection for the platform.
