The Study And Implementation On The Integration And Exchange Technology Of Regional Heterogeneous Medical Data

Focusing on the current characteristics of the development of medical information and the problems on the integration and exchange of regional heterogeneous medical data,on the basis of the common medical information exchange standard,combined with the existing data integration and switching technology,this thesis proposes the technical framework for regional health data integration and exchange on the basis of common data integration and exchange,and carries out the system design and technical implementation.The main research work is as follows:1)Based on the two general standards in medical industry--IHE and HL7,combining with the summary of the core business of medical organization,this thesis proposes the main business data standards of three core business systems(HIS,LIS and EMR)in hospital.2)This thesis analyzes the various business scenarios existing in the process of regional medical data integration and exchange.On the basis of existing data exchange model,by adopting message middleware,SOA,ESB,Web Service,ETL and database synchronization technology,this thesis designs a kind of compound technical framework suitable for various scenarios of regional medical data integration and exchange system.3)This thesis summarizes the detailed demand of regional medical data integration and exchange system,giving the overall design and realizing the function.It has three main parts: the management console,message processing and data processing.The system realizes the data exchange and sharing of the core business system of each medical institution,and the interconnection and intercommunication among the medical institutions in this field.The results and analysis of experiment show that the proposed regional heterogeneous medical data integration and exchange system can realize the integration and exchange of heterogeneous medical data in the ideal network environment,and it can meet the real-time and non-real-time business needs,and the function and performance for different business scenarios have been realized.It achieves the desired results.At the end of this thesis,the existing problems and subsequent research work are explained in detail.
