Technology Researching And Application On Regional Medical Information Sharing And Collaboration Platform

Sharing and collaboration of the regional medical information is the inevitable trend of informatization of medical industry, at the same time, sharing and exchange of information is an important way to maximize the value of medical resources. To improve the current status of medical information resources, in this thesis, research about regarding software architecture, methods and techniques of information integration and integrated application on regional platform is conducted.Based on the demand analysis of regional medical platform, a service-oriented software architecture is designed by adopting SOA concept. By adding the active monitor method and the associated services method to the traditional services registration and seeking mechanism, experimental results show that the improved method can raise the efficiency and success rate of services seeking. After analyzing the access characteristics of the large quantity data of the regional medical platform, both centralized and distributed data storage mode are proposed. The theoretical analysis shows that the efficiency and security of data access is improved. Using the international standard interface HL7to solve the problem of heterogeneous data transfer between medical information system.The research about patient-oriented information fusion technology is taken, using the idea of IHE PIX to solve the problem of unique identity of patient in the regional medical platform, and to provide a basis for information fusion. A information management approach based on metadata is proposed, using the metadata registration method to integrate the metadata, and metadata mapping conversion rules and conversion algorithm have been designed to solve the problem of heterogeneous data sharing and exchange between medical information system.Based on the software architecture and information fusion technology of regional medical sharing and collaboration platform, the related integrated applications are studied. Two application cases are given:platform-based electronic medical records architecture and regional PACS information sharing system, to verify the rationality and applicability of platform architecture and patient-centered information fusion technology.
