The purpose of the medical information sharing system based on big data in this paper is promoting the development of medical informatization, providing technical solutions and supporting conditions for the construction of regional medical informatization in China. The system is bound to promote the quality of medical information service by the application of big data and cloud computing and solve the “high cost but low efficiency” problem. This paper designs a service pattern that takes the patients as the center and realizes the reasonable distribution and sharing of medical resources. The system also provides experience and references for the medical service innovation in China. This paper analyzes the framework and research production of big data, taking the regional medical informatization as a starting point, compares and analyzes the development of domestic and foreign medical service. Then this paper analyzes the problems and challenges that medical service development are facing in China, summarizes the insufficiencies and flaws of existing research, and puts forward targeted approaches. This paper designs the medical information sharing system based on Hadoop system named BDMISS. The system is composed of three levels: integration and sharing of medical information, data mining and knowledge management, and personalized service innovation. The system’s realization is mainly based on semantic web, big data and data mining. This paper shows what the service BDMISS provide and what the service process is based on the analog implementation of Guangzhou BDMISS Service Platform. Finally, this paper designs the evaluation index system of medical service system, and evaluates the value and utility of BDMISS based on the comparison of different medical service systems.
