Research On Application Of Information Sharing In Supply Chain Management Of Publishing Enterprises

With the rapid development of China's publishing industry,the publishing industry system has been greatly developed.Publishing products come from the upstream of industry chain to the consumers through the cooperation of node enterprises,all of the sections has formed an interrelated supply chain system through the information sharing,And the core of the publishing supply chain is the ability to manage the supply chain system effectively.However,due to the vulnerability and regionality of the publishing supply chain,the problem of information sharing shortage is increasingly prominent,and the problem such as the high level of inventory of each node,the high return rate and the high cost of management due to the bullwhip effect have seriously hindered the healthy development of China's publishing supply chain.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the information sharing in the publishing supply chain in order to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the operation cost.This essay,on the basis of the summary of the related studies of supply chain information sharing and its theory,combined with the supply chain management theory,using the method of system dynamics,makes the researches on publishing supply chain system which contained publishers,wholesalers and retailers and the information sharing pattern and optimization.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts and theories of supply chain management,information sharing and system dynamics.Then the article analyzes the current situation of publishing supply chain management and summarizes the problems through the data collection and analysis and makes clear the necessity and urgency of information sharing for the efficient operation of the publishing supply chain system.According to the characteristics of the publishing supply chain,the publication supply chain system is divided into publishers-wholesalers and wholesalers-retailers subsystems,on the basis of causal feedback diagram of two subsystems,analyze the causal feedback relations within the publishing supply chain system,and then build the system dynamics model of traditional publishing supply chain system and the supply chain system under different information sharing mode.Then use Vensim DSS simulation software to study on the different models,compare and analyze the key indicators of the publication supply chain system under different modes,found the serious bullwhip effect of internal traditional publishing supply chain system,prove that the urgency and importance of information sharing in the publishing supply chain system.Then conduct simulation of two different information sharing modes of publishing supply chain system.Through the comparison of key indicators,the paper explores the information sharing model that is suitable for publishing supply chain system.Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the information sharing construction of publishing supply chain system.
