Research On The Key Factors Of Information Sharing Among Supply Chain Partners Based On BP Neural Network

The recent theoretical research and corporate research show that the issue of supply chain information sharing has become the focus of domestic and foreign professors generally. This paper aims to carry out an empirical study of the key factors of supply chain information sharing by using both linear analysis and nonlinear analysis, following the analysis of the problem of information sharing between supply chain enterprises in China and the lack of theoretical research.The theoretical model of relationship between environmental uncertainty、supply chain partnership、IT capability and information sharing is proposed and empirically tested by using linear analysis and nonlinear analysis,using data collected from273manufacturing companies in Pearl River Delta on the basis of the existing literature. The results show that:(1)on the impact of environmental uncertainty with information sharing, supplier uncertainty has negative impact on both information sharing content and information sharing quality. While technology uncertainty has a positive impact on information sharing content. In linear analysis, technology uncertainty has no significant impact on information sharing quality, but BP nonlinear analysis shows that technological uncertainty has a certain positive effect on information sharing quality. when technical uncertainty has a high degree, it occurs a negative impact on information sharing quality.(2)on the impact of supply chain partnerships with information sharing, goodwill trust has positive impact on both information sharing content and information sharing quality while capability trust does not, but BP nonlinear analysis shows that capability trust has a certain positive effect on information sharing content and information sharing quality when capability trust has a high degree, it comes out negative impact on information sharing content and information sharing quality. Emotional commitment has positive impact on both information sharing content and information sharing quality, while calculative commitment has no impact on information sharing content and information sharing quality, but BP nonlinear analysis shows that calculative commitment has negative effect on information sharing content and information sharing quality when it has a high degree.(3)on the impact of IT capability with information sharing, both IT technology and IT alignment have positive impact on both information sharing content and information sharing quality.The main innovation of this study is:(1)it studys the key factors of supply chain information sharing to make up the lack research of existing literature on supply chain information sharing in Chinese enterprises.(2)The research method of combination of "linear analysis+nonlinear analysis" is a breakthrough compared with previous research.(3)At last, the nonlinear analysis based on BP neural network can accurately reflect the deep relationship between related factors with information sharing.
