The Research On The Construction Of The Mode Of Enterprise Information Sharing Based On The Supply Chain Management

During the present knowledge economy era, the enterprise survival and developmentface much complex competition because of the economic globalization. What makes itworse, the users’ personalized development is growing stronger day by day and the users’need is becoming more multifarious. The all above situations requires the enterpriseshould handle with the marketing environment more sensitively. However, the power ofthe single enterprise is limited and cannot survive in the fierce competition. In thatcondition, to seek the joint between enterprises and to establish a unified industry chain isneeded in the era. As the part of the whole chain, the single enterprise should cooperateclosely with others and keep the whole chain work well and stably. The key of thecooperation between the enterprises is the information sharing.The effective information sharing and seamless integration between the enterprisescan keep the whole chain develop well and improve the product quality and service ability,which will undoubtedly strengthen the whole competition in the market. Therefore,sharing the information in the whole chain play an important role in the improvement ofthe whole chain’s operating capabilityHowever, there are many problems existing in the present supply chain management,e.g. the information sharing is limited and the degree of the effective information sharingcannot reach what it should be. These problems will have a bad effect to the whole chain’sefficiency. To make matters worse, the mode of information sharing is too idealistic orout-dated and cannot be adapt to the development of the supply chain management. Thepaper makes a deep research on the mode of information sharing in supply chainmanagement. To make sure the research can be carried out smoothly, it will be studied inmany aspects such as the economics, management and information technology. Thepaper includes the following parts:Firstly, the paper introduces the main content of the information sharing in supplychain management, which is based on the theory of the supply chain and the supply chainmanagement. The character of information sharing and its function are analyzed from thefollowing aspects, the basic idea of supply chain management, the structural levels ofinformation sharing, the concept and the fundamental of the information sharing.Secondly, it will introduce the present mode of information sharing in supply chainmanagement. It includes peer-to-peer information sharing mode, the third-party platformfor information sharing mode and comprehensive information sharing mode. The advantages and disadvantages of the three modes will be analyzed comprehensively sothat an effective information sharing mode can be found out.Thirdly, a new mode of information sharing will be designed in the supply chainmanagement as a result of the disadvantage of the present mode. The informationtechnology based on the Cooperative Database System will be made full use to analyzethe feasibility of the new mode of information sharing and put forward the frame of thenew mode.Fourthly, the new mode will be carried out in practice to prove the practicality.Lastly, it comes to the conclusion. The shortcoming of the paper and its limitation arealso concluded so as to help promote the further research.
