Supply chain management and design in the 1990s has become the key of scientific research. Especially in the entrepreneurial business activities, supply chain management has become the new use of scientific management. With the development of global market economy, market competition also gradually intensifies. Globalization of information also became the necessity of the development. The competition between the enterprises also changes from original market competition into the competition between supply chains, but traditional enterprise management patterns cannot already satisfy the needs of the development of modern enterprises. So in order to better satisfy customer demand, win the market competition, and get the largest profits, enterprises are looking to this new type of management mode, that is, supply chain management. The main goal is to improve the production and operation benefits of supply chain, and through collaboration between upstream and downstream firms in supply chain active colleague, to speed up firms'response to the market demand. Information sharing in supply chain management is based on efficient operation of supply chain management. In supply chain management, information sharing directly correlates with integral performance of supply chain .Therefore, the study of information sharing on supply chain management problem has important theoretical and practical significance. There are extremely many studies concerning this problem, but the research on specific information sharing is not clear, especially the three problems of supply chain information sharing: with whom share supply chain information, what information does share, how to achieve information sharing of supply chain. If the above three questions can be answered clearly, then research on supply chain information sharing will be with more practical significance and wider applicability. The development of the modern information technology makes web2.0 show certain limitation; with the further development of information technology, network inevitably brings an information technology revolution, especially the appearance of web3.0. Although web3.0 is just a new thing, it also makes the supply chain suffers a great challenge on management. Web3.0 is built on web2.0, but comparably with web2.0, web3.0 is more personalized and intelligent. It has high information technology platform, on which provides technical support. In this passage the author, through various characteristics of web3.0, illustrates it can satisfy requirements of supply chain information sharing management, namely, making information in supply chain flow unimpeded based on various structures of enterprise(supply chain node) information platform. This passage discusses how to establish a web3.0 information sharing platform, which can make upstream and downstream enterprises quickly get and share information on supply chain, also make the enterprise decision-making personnel quickly responds to market prediction, order placing, inventory management. Based on demands of supply chain information sharing, this passage puts forward characteristics of supply chain information sharing platform and builds up the supply chain model of information sharing platform. Finally, this passage optimizes and builds the supply chain model of information sharing platform based on the enterprise decision-making and the simple, flexible results, completely answers the above three supply chain information sharing problems, and also provides more practical guidelines for supply chain information sharing enterprises implement.
