With the comprehensive development and application of information technology,supply chain management has made great progress,and information sharing is an important factor among them,which plays a decisive role in the improvement of supply chain benefits.The natural features of supply chain,working as an open multi-party participation and collaboration organization,most node companies store information in their own databases for the sake of its own security and interest considerations.The connection between node companies is loose,and there is a lack of trust,communication and effective supervision between each other,which make it difficult to improve the synergy and efficiency of supply chain information sharing.The emergence and development of blockchain has created a new development environment for the current supply chain information sharing model,and has also brought new challenges and opportunities.Through the organic combination of block chain and supply chain,the business process of supply chain information sharing and related resources are efficiently integrated.The existing supply chain information sharing model can be continuously optimized and innovated.While making up for the shortcomings,blockchain will continue to realize the standardization of the supply chain information sharing process,ensure the safety,timeliness and reliability of the shared information,and improve the efficiency of supply chain information sharing.This paper studies the reconstruction of supply chain information sharing mode in the blockchain environment.In this paper,the status quo of the sharing mode is analyzed.Aiming at the existing problems,the main business processes of supply chain information sharing are sorted out to make the process clearer and the influencing factors more obvious,and the supply chain information sharing mode under the blockchain environment is reconstructed.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the research,the following researches were carried out from multiple perspectives using expert survey method,case analysis method,and comparative analysis method:First of all,this article introduces the concept,type and basic technology of blockchain while highlighting the advantages and technical foundation of blockchain used in supply chain information sharing.Then the relevant knowledge of the supply chain is introduced here,as well as the theoretical basis of the article research,in order to lay a solid foundation for the following research.Secondly,this article provides an analysis on the problems and shortcomings of supply chain information sharing model.At the same time,surveys by experts are adopted and the factors influencing the model will come out by using the KANO model,which further clarifies the needs that the new model needs to meet.As a result,this article reconstructs the supply chain information sharing model under the blockchain environment.Next,the paper constructs a Stackelberg game model and proves that the model has a positive effect on the improvement of supply chain performance after making a comparison on the benefits between the old and new models.Finally,the food industry supply chain,which is highly concerned by the country and the people,is chosen as the research target for the article.The paper makes a case study on the selected supply chain cases,constructs a new mode of supply chain information sharing for the selected cases and analyzes its effects as well.
