Research On Inventory Management Of Supply Chain And Development Of System

Inventory is the bridge of different parts of operations in an enterprise, while too much inventory will bring down the utilization of the foundation. With the development of supply chain, some new problems related to inventory take out, one of the most remarkable of which is, as we called,"Bullwhip Effect".The development of information technology makes the management and transition of information more efficient. In view of the inventory problem of supply chain, it becomes the direction of supply chain research area that how to use information technology to enforce the information sharing among enterprises on a supply chain and make coordination tragedies of inventory management.This thesis is based on this era background. Firstly, it analyzes the development of inventory of supply chain management, and makes a deeper research on inventory problems of supply chain and several efficient tragedies of inventory management. The thesis also analyzes business flow of supply chain, imports Supply Chain Operations Reference-model to manage business flow and proposes a proposal to reform business flow based on information sharing. For the importance of information sharing in supply chain, the thesis proposes the model of information sharing and an evaluation model established based on rough set theory. In order to realize the information sharing technically, the author brings out a model of information sharing and system integration based on Web Services and Services Oriented Architecture.In terms of the need of consumer and the aim of the topic for study, the thesis proposes a B/S Framework and based on the analysis of key business flow of the enterprise, designs the systematic structure, functional structure and data model of the inventory management system in supply chain. The realization of system is introduced at the end of the thesis in detail. The application proves the correctness of the methods and systematic structure, the efficiency of the system.
