Cold-chain transportation(Cold-chain transportation),which refers to the goods in the transport process is always in a certain low temperature environment so that the transport of goods can not turn bad,and can be transported by the sea,land and air,the three ways of transport.In view of the current cold chain transport in the process of vehicle temperature,location and product information can not be real-time monitoring of the status quo,especially the temperature information,which are currently installed in the car independent temperature monitor,temperature data with lag,that will increase food Deterioration of the probability of decay,and lead to accountability.RFID radio frequency technology in the present application of a wide range of things,this paper for the cold chain transport background design and implementation of the cold chain of things based on RFID application system.The system consists of vehicle terminal and monitoring center.The vehicle terminal consists of STC12C5A60S2 MCU,SIM900B wireless communication module,GPS positioning module u-blox NEO6 M,RFID radio module and temperature acquisition module.The monitoring center is a computer monitoring terminal and a mobile phone monitoring terminal.The system can complete the real-time data acquisition,preprocessing and sending functions of the information,temperature and position information of the cold chain carrier.Through the design of vehicle terminal and monitoring terminal,the function connection of each module is finished.Finally,the RF module,GPS positioning module,temperature and humidity data acquisition module and GPRS wireless transmission module are tested by STC12C5A60S2 development board and related hardware and software development tools.Real-time positioning function and real-time temperature monitoring function of the cold-chain car in real-time,and successfully transmit the information wirelessly to the monitoring terminal equipment by short message.
