System Of Cold Chain Management Based On The RFID Technology

At present,not only because the area of the collection and the supply of blood isbroad,but also the current conditions are not perfect without taking the coldmanagement,so the temperature of blood products can't be monitored when the bloodproducts are transported from the blood center to the hospital.Combining with thefeatures of RFID(Radio Frequency Identify),which can monitor the temperature ofblood products without open incubator in the transport and improve the protection ofthe quality of the blood products.The research of this paper is designing the system ofcold chain based on the RFID technology.The main content of this paper comprehensive describes the technology of theRFID system,detailed analyses the standard of the ISO/IEC 15693,based on thestandard of the ISO/IEC 15693,designs the hardware of the reader and temperaturelabel with Protel DXP software,builds the hardware basis for the debugging of theRFID system software, in the Silicon labs IDE(Integrated DevelopmentEnvironment),links Keil C51 software as compiler,detailed analyses the use oftemperature sensor,analog 1-wire bus communication,design SCM(Single-ChipMicrocomputer) program with C language and PC program with Visual Basiclanguage,which makes temperature sensor collect raw temperature datas and send theraw temperature datas to PC,after converting,the temperature could be displayed on thePC.
