Research On The Application Of RFID In Cold Chain Logistics Based On Supply Chain Management

In recent years with the refinement of logistics field in our country and the improvement of people’s consumption level, consumers demand for low temperature products is gradually increased, promoting the development of cold chain logistics as well as putting forward higher requirements. however, at present there are some problems in China cold chain logistics industry such as poor infrastructure, cold chain logistics market business information communication between enterprises difficulties, low efficiency of logistics operation and in the process of transportation large loss of the perishable products.Aiming at that have mentioned problems, this paper comes up with the advanced supply chain management methods and information technology to solve the current cold chain logistics business chaos, large loss of products and low working efficiency. The management of logistics information is the key in supply chain management, but currently the widely used the information carrier of bar code technology is fully rely on artificial scanning one by one to collecting information and this way virtually reduce the goods at low temperature operational efficiency and flow speed, and also could not be cryogenic temperature in the process of transportation information caused the closed state of transportation. In conclusion, as shown in this paper puts forward to the RFID technology to replace bar code technology and is applied to the cold chain logistics in each operation link, based on RFID technology fast and exact recognition can remote multiple moving goods characteristics to improve the working efficiency and the accuracy of the cold chain logistics, at the same time will be put in an electronic tag temperature sensor real-time acquisition environment temperature to reduce temperature fluctuation in the process of transportation and delivery to low quality decline and damage caused by the goods.Finally, making HaiHe yogurt cold chain logistics as the object of case analysis, come up with the aspects of infrastructure, application of RFID technology to improve the cold chain logistics facility backwardness, slow speed of access to information and not comprehensive. And puts forward building a logistics information system based on RFID, by sharing enterprise system the data stored in the information of each link, make each enterprise monitoring business execution, improving the management level of the cold chain logistics.
