The Research Of Tracing System In Cold-chain Logistics Based On RFID

With the development of logistics industry and the improvement of living standard, the demand for some fresh food is becoming higher and higher. The highly increasing market demand provides opportunity for the development of cold chain logistics. However, the construction of cold chain can't meet the development needs at present. There are lots of problems, such as imperfect cold chain system, poorly software and hardware equipment, the complexity of supply chain enterprise information systems and so on. Also, the tremendous loss caused by normal temperature logistics and the food quality problems caused by uncontrollable operations are increasingly frequently.In order to solve the existing problems, this paper puts forward the ideas that monitor the supply chain processes and realize the tracing management of cold chain, aiming to reduce the unnecessary loss of fresh products, improve the operation efficiency and guarantee the quality and safety of fresh food.This paper take the example of pig products. Firstly, it summarizes the features and issues in food cold chain logistics, introduces the theory of tracing management and its application. Secondly, this paper creatively figures that we can use trace and monitor technology to solve the problems of cold chain. By analyzing the existing system of cold chain,we realize the flowchart of information chain.Then, the paper puts forward the relationship of business and trace process. And, it ascertains the demands of trace monitoring system. Nextly, this paper proposes the architecture of tracing management system. The main work includes that the definition of tracing chain and information, how to realize the information ions with supply chain enterprises, and how to improve cold chain operation efficiency and achieve fresh food safety distribution. Based on this, this paper argues that RFID technology can help operate the management effectively, and can also optimize the structure of supply chain. Finally, the paper put out some measures and advices in order to accelerate the rapid progress for food cold chain logistics, and this also gives a study direction for further research.
