RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is one kind of non-contact automatic identification technology which started to emerge in 1990s. Radio Frequency signal through its automatic target recognition and access to relevant data, identification is not required manual intervention. RFID technology realizes the non-contact information transmission through the space-coupling (alternating magnetic field or electromagnetic field), and serves the purpose of recognition through the transmits information. Cold Chain Logistics is a kind of special supply chain system, whose object is perishable fresh food, moreover, the environment of the storage and transportation and the operating must limit at suitable low temperature workplace. Therefore the Cold Chain Logistics have the special request to the process of transportation, the time control and the shape of transportation.In order to guarantee the quality of Cold Chain Logistics, this article introduces the RFID technology to design the logistics process, thus may keep abreast of fresh food's production, processing, and preserve information. And it can grasp the quantity and the position of the frozen food in supply chain, so that we could take delivery of goods promptly and make up the goods without delay, thus raising the efficiency and the management level of the cold chain logistics. Simultaneously, through RFID technology, we also carries on the comprehensive dynamic monitoring to each kind of refrigeration truck's transportation, providing the tracing information support for the food safe examination, in order to trace regarding question food.RFID technology is a new automatic diagnosis technology, and it is more advanced and practical than the bar code technology at present which is most universal. The RFID tag is different from the bar code, that it can store the massive information moreover also be possible to update; The RFID reader may identify the massive RFID tag simultaneously, but the bar code once can only one; The RFID tag may read by the RFID reader at a long-distance range, and may also transmit cargo real-time information and so on. These advantages determine that RFID technology may meet the strict requirement of cold chain.Therefore, this article unifies RFID technical and cold chain logistics characteristics, to design a complete frozen food supply chain flow, basing on how to use the RFID technology momentarily to monitor the carriage's temperature change in the process of transporting goods, carrying on real-time cargo tracing to safeguard food security, in order to help to realize efficiency of cold chain logistics, safeguard food in entire supply chain security. This article bases on RFID technology and the cold chain logistics' correlation theories, taking the cold chain logistics flow design as the core of the article, and compares, analyzes each process to the traditional flow, in order to show the superiority of RFID technology. Finally, combine with the RFID technology's practical application ineffective, this article analyzes from four aspects of the cost, the privacy and security, the standardized and the industrial alliance, then proposes the corresponding countermeasure.
