The Research Of Doctor-patient Dispute Reports Based On Sina.com (2010-2015)

According to the fifth national survey about health services from the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China,there still exists some disharmonious factors in the doctor-patient relationship,the medical conflict becomes more intensive.Although the disharmonious between doctors and patients due to the law and medical system,the excessive coverage is also the important reason.The reports about doctor-patient conflict are conflicting,zigzag and strange,they are attractive to the audience and become the media darling.Now the Chinese net citizens reach to about seven millions,and the net coverage rates reach to over 50%,the audience get information from the net rather than the printed media,therefore,we use the content analysis method and frame analysis method to research the feature and shortage of the doctor-patient conflict reports in Sina.com from 2010 to 2015,and we can summarize how and what the internet media to do when they report and reproduce the news.Through the analysis we find that the number of the reports about doctor-patient conflict in Sina.com from 2010 to 2015 is increasing gradually,the number of 2015 begins to come down.The main report is short,and the website lacks reports in depth.And there are more written reports than picture reports.The types and framework of that reports are various and abundant.But there are some shortcomings,for example,some advocacy reports and many unexplained medical nouns and lacking of correct public opinion direction.We also find that the reports not only show the content and framework,but also show some essences in the relationship of doctor and patient.For example,most doctor-patient conflicts aren't because of the doctors' fault,instead,they due to the suspect from patients.Once the happen of conflict,the doctor and hospital always make humanistic compensation.And the doctor-patient conflict become violent “medical trouble” from civil dispute.And the discourse become strong doctor-weak patient from strong patient-weak doctor.In consequence,the internet media has to obey to the code of media professional ethics,object to the mispresentation of news,determinate to open,fair,objective,stick to correct guidance of public opinion.Enhancing the awareness of social responsibility of the journalists and network editors.Reinforcing the supervision and control of net media,increasing the medical inner quality of net citizens.
