Because of the high barriers of professional knowledge in the medical industry and the lack of effective communication between doctors and patients,it can be said that doctor-patient reporting is a major way for the general public to understand the current situation of doctor-patient relationship.Based on the mobile Internet technology,the traditional agenda-setting rights gradually sink into the hands of users.The birth of new media represented by micro-blog provides a new channel for the public to "participate" in news reporting.After some medical conflict social events,netizens use their "golden microphone" to express their emotional appeals through new media such as micro-blog.This research uses text mining technology to crawl the comments of the netizens on the micro-blog reports of People's Daily,to obtain the data of the comments of the related doctors-patients conflicts,to explore the emotional appeals of the audience in the micro-blog reports of doctor-patients conflicts by using natural language processing method,to provide empirical evidence for relevant institutions to take targeted public opinion research and guidance measures,and to re-report the relevant media at the same time.The event provides a reference.The final analysis results show that in the four doctor-patient conflicts selected in this study,the emotional value of netizens' comments remains at a neutral level as a whole.In view of the current doctor-patient relationship,netizens' demands are mainly health,economic and psychological.On the basis of the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as perfecting the salary system of medical staff,propelling the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system reasonably,reporting the source of news of Doctor-patient Conflict with the attitude of journalism professionalism,and bridging the doctor-patient relationship.
