Research On Doctor-patient Disputes Report Of Network Media

In recent years, the doctor-patient disputes and even extreme medical and patient violence incidents more and more frequently, showing in the media of medical disputes has become a hot topic of social concern. Central to the media as a social information transfer, cognition, emotion and behavior of the audience will have an impact, especially in the era of Internet, the rapid rise of digital media, public access channels of information more convenient, in addition to the traditional media, network media coverage of doctor-patient disputes, adding to the doctor-patient relationship harmonious and stable and no weights. This paper only chooses network media research on doctor-patient disputes reports, and choose the doctor-patient disputes presented in Sina reported as a specific object of study, using combination of quantitative research and qualitative research methods, peep one spot and see the whole picture, thereby of sina net to represent the network media the status of doctor-patient disputes report inquiryThis paper mainly according to the idea of four parts, the first part of the main account of the background and significance of this study, the academic research status, research issues and technical routes. The second part elaborates the concept and the research design of this article. The third part is the core of focus of this paper, in reference to Taiwan scholar Zang Guoren et al on the news frame analysis method based on, in accordance with high, medium and low hierarchy respectively to Sina from 2012 to 2015, about doctor-patient dispute 361 report sample, report subject and genre, sources, reported tone, position reports and techniques such as six aspects of three-dimensional analysis.Through comparison of coding and statistics of the sample, this study found that sina as a representative of the domestic network media, on medical dispute cases reported overall reflected media actively participate in social management, reflect the social situation of the characteristics, but there are also reported lack of depth, negative reports too much, suffering from positions. The fourth part is for the media to further improve the doctor-patient dispute news reporting mode, better play the positive effects of media, the deficiencies and defects of current Sina reported, providing inspiration. To the more comprehensive, more in-depth coverage; more balanced, a broader perspective; more reasonable position of the report and have more humanistic thinking reports of medical dispute cases reported, thus to bridge the social reality of the doctor-patient relationship, providing more positive effect.
