The Framework Analysis Of The Report Ondoctor-patient Conflicts

Transition period of medical reform,the doctor-patient relationship is a hot topic of public concern,and the doctor-patient conflict has a greater influence because of its conflict and controversy.Among various sources of information,media reports on the doctor-patient conflict have the greatest influence on the audience's understanding of the status quo of doctors and patients.Understanding the framework of media reports on the doctor-patient conflict is of great significance for easing the doctor-patient conflict and constructing a good doctor-patient environment.Therefore,this study takes the report of doctor-patient conflict incidents as an analysis sample,and uses the research methods of case study method,content analysis method and text analysis method to analyze the news frame of media report text,which is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly explains the research background and significance,the research value and method,the framework theory and the literature review related to doctor-patient conflict events,the innovation and difficulty of the research.The second part is the design of the research program,including event selection,sample selection,category construction and so on.The third part is the internal structure analysis of the reports of conflicts between doctors and patients.Based on the framework theory,this paper analyzes the report texts from the three dimensions of high-level structure,middle-level structure and low-level structure by using the analysis dimension of Taiwan scholar Zang Guoren.The high-level dimension mainly analyzes the four part of the report theme and report genre,The source of the news and the tendency of the report;the middle structure mainly analyzes its schematic structure,and the low-level structure includes the guiding sentence,the rhetoric of the title,and the high-frequency words.The fourth part is based on the results of data analysis,extracting the news frame of doctor-patient conflict,including seven frames,namely,the contradictory conflict frame,the results frame,the factual frame,the moral judgment frame,the responsibility attribution frame,the human taste frame,and the medical knowledge frame.Overall,the distribution of the seven news frames isunbalanced.The fifth part is the thinking of the research results,including the formation mechanism of the existing reporting framework,from the social environment,the media level and the content constraints of the three levels.On the whole,there are five kinds of deviations in the construction of the reporting framework: the imbalance of framework elements,the contradictory conflict framework,the imbalance of the attribution framework of responsibility,the excessive sensation of the humanistic framework,and the lack of medical knowledge framework.Finally,from the perspective of the formation mechanism,how to properly construct the reporting framework of doctor-patient conflict events.First,the media should adhere to the spirit of journalism professionalism,and construct a reasonable reporting framework from three aspects: cognitive dimension,normative dimension and evaluation dimension.In the cognitive dimension,journalists should raise their awareness of medical and health knowledge;in the normative dimension,the media should Adhere to the principle of equal emphasis on public interest and economic interests;in the evaluation dimension,the media should correctly guide public opinion.Second,journalists should choose the appropriate narrative mode when writing journalistic works.
