Frame Analysis Of The Doctor-patient Relationship Report Of People's Daily In The Perspective Of Health Communication(1985-2016)

The paper based on the doctor-patient relationship reports of the People's Daily from 1985 to 2016.The content analysis method is used to analyze t he selected samples.Through analysis the number of reports,subject of the reports,the semantic tendency,the distribution of the coverage,the report form and the length of the report to know the characteristic of different period.Standing on the historical perspective,The paper trying to find out the different characteristics of the doctor-patient relationship reported during the different periods of China's medical reform.According to the different stage of our country medical reform policy and the characteristics of the People's Daily reported on the doctor-patient relationship.From 1985 to 2016,about thirty years can be divided into three periods,the embryonic period(1985-1999),the transition period(2000-2008),the development period(2009-2016).The study found that the reported about doctor-patient relationship of People's Daily has different characteristics in different stages of China's medical reform period.The number of the reports is increasing.In embryonic period,mainly reports are about advanced and typical,until the development period,the report on the government policy is emphasized.In the semantic tendency,the proportion of positive reporting semantics decreased with the change of newspaper report,but the neutral and objective report was the main body.In the transition period,the report form of the letter to the editor has a small peak.A special layout “space of health” has appeared in transition period and has development.The percentage of long length reports was rising in the past years.After analysis almost 32 years of the doctor-patient relationship reports of People's Daily,we found that with the development of the social and the advancement of medical reform policy,the doctor-patient relationship reports of People's Daily has been adjusted to build a harmonious media environment.
