Human Resource Management is a seemingly simple,but requires staff to be very careful not to make mistakes frequently a management job.A few years ago the paper records and management has been unable to keep up with the pace required the development of modern enterprises,with the progress of the information age,companies keep up with the times and must have a sound management system,and human resource management automation also need to keep up the development of integrated enterprise management.Rational use of human resources information systems help to help enterprise comprehensive management system to a new level.With the rapid development of science and technology,the network becomes more mature,people realize the importance of knowledge.In the face of the huge human resources information management,the database continues to mature.Therefore,an enterprise human resource management.system is urgently needed.Human resource management system mainly uses the Java language,J2EE technology,MVC model,combining B/S structure model of the system has been associated with the development and use Oracle 11g database as the development of the system.Human resource management system including basic information management,personnel changes in management,staff contracts management,performance management,compensation management.Which includes three features basic information management personnel information,organization and user management;personnel change management system includes three functions to positive management,personnel deployment and personnel turnover;staff contracts management includes staff contracts entry,maintenance contract information,contract renewal four functional management,contract change management and contract expiration reminder management;performance management encompasses three functional assessment management,attendance management and performance management reports.Compensation management,including basic salary management,salary calculation management,compensation report management,salary inquiry four sub-functions.Enterprise human resources management system can standardize the working process of the enterprise human resources management,improve the level and efficiency of enterprise human resources management,create greater benefits for the enterprise.
