With the proliferation of computers and the rapid development of computer science and technology, the use of computers to solve practical problems has been rapidly increased. Employee information management is an important part of enterprise information management. In the face of a large number of personnel information, resorting to manpower to tackle with is both a waste of time and a waste of valuable human and material resources, while still low accuracy of the data. Therefore, to develop a friendly interface, easy to manipulate human resource management system for automated processing becomes especially important, which are the purpose and significance of this system development.Through the introduction of information technology, this paper tries to promote the systematization, standardization and automation of enterprise human resources management. With the design and implementation of this subject, we can combine the knowledge from the books and the production practices fully, so we can understand the business processes of the human resource management and its applications in depth that we can master development methodology, the design process and the realization technology.This paper first introduces the background and the significance of the human resources management system. Then it describes the development process of human resource management system, and discusses the requirements analysis, preliminary design, system architecture design, modules design and system implementation in detail. Throughout the whole development process, we strictly follow the software engineering methods. The system uses the MyEclipse as the development tool, and uses the Oracle as the database management system which includes a basic set of rewards and punishments, personnel management, recruitment management, training management, compensation management modules. The system includes a set of basic incentives, personnel management, recruitment management, training management, compensation management, and five major functional modules, data entry can be performed according to the business needs of human resources management, query, delete, modify and print operations, as achieve all kinds of easy and friendly user interface and data reports, and be able to properly implement.
