With the development of economy,the bank branch gets a rapid expansion.The people number of unit is becoming more and more.Under the influence of market economy,the flow of the worker is becoming more and more strong,the human resources management of the unit is more and more complex.The middle also appears constantly new problems,an urgent need to specialized management tool to the job and effective management to provide the level of automation.The human resources management work effectively the workload of the relevant departments.In the specific work of human resources,the competition in the market,the unit of salary system has become more flexible to stimulate staff s work enthusiasm?For the flexible salary management content,it needs according to the unit's financial system for the development of specialized of this human resource management.According to the above problem,the design and implementation is based on B/S architecture of bank of human resource management system.Paper firstly made a introduction of human resource management research background and research status at home and abroad,describes the system in related technology with the development of technology,including Java EE development platform,Oracle,etc.,and then on the system requirements analysis,functional requirements and performance requirements of the system is given,to determine the business function module design and implementation,design the function and structure design,architecture design and database design,content,implementation with the emphasis on employee information management,staff attendance management,staff transfer management,salary management,system management function module realization process,finally,the system test,the bank's human resources management system for given each function module test procedure,test results,etc.,and the results of performance test system is given.Through human resources management system will be the bank's human resources management business standard,provides a unified information management platform for the unit,has solved the previous error information management,data statistic related problems such as not in time,further enhance the efficiency of human resource management of the unit,reduce management costs.
