Along with the increasing emphasis on social culture, publishing industry, as a crucial part of cultural industry? has undergone tremendous changes,publishing market is more normative, and the competition among publishers is increasingly fierce. At the same time, the development of digitization and network bring sgreat challenges to traditional publishing, the paper book is under threat of substitute. Publishers need to devise reasonable strategy to maintain a stable development.The thesis analyzes the development strategy of A Education Press using strategic management theories and analytical tools.
