Liberal arts publishing house compared to other types of press earlier into the market,in amarket economy continuously grope and development. As the publishing system reformcomprehensively advancing, the market competition is increasingly fierce,China’s publishingindustry environment in imperceptible in, profound changes have taken place,how to changethe original operation management mechanism, to adapt to the new market situation, literatureand art publishing house is able to obtain long-term development must face the problem. Atpresent, the domestic related topics of the research is not much, in this paper, by way of casestudy,In this paper, by way of case study, in the HS literature and art publishing house, forexample, view and drive generally by individual, the discussion by the institution of literatureand art publishing house for the enterprise unit after the conversion of the common problemsand the development strategy selection problem.This paper USES strategic management model of the main research framework: theexternal environment and internal conditions analysis, strategic choice and strategyimplementation. First, using PEST analysis method of the HS macro external environmentanalysis of literature and art publishing house, and using porter’s five model analysis methodof the HS literary press the microscopic external environment that competition strength isanalyzed. Secondly, analyzes the internal environment of the HS literature and art publishinghouse, combed the HS wenyi press formed in long-term development of their own advantages,and after the conversion of the management present situation and problems of strategicmanagement, the disadvantages. Again, combined with the advantages and disadvantages ofthe HS wenyi press, list the opportunities and threats of, on this basis, using SWTO matrixanalysis method, matching the settlement SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy, WT strategy,based on the current HS literature and art publishing house, choose the suitable for thelong-term development strategy: market penetration strategy, core competence strategy.Finally, around the choice of strategy, and puts forward Suggestions to promote the implementation of the strategy of: attaches great importance to the construction of humanresources, cultivate professional managers; Adjust the structure of a book, optimize the theme;Construction of marketing system, speed up the marketing channel network; Attaches greatimportance to the resource integration and resource sharing, seek multi-channel cooperation;To push forward informational construction publishing house; Establish a long-term employeeincentive machanism.
