With the penetration and development of information technology and Internet technology in various fields,information literacy has gradually attached abundant attention by the government and the society.The concept and standard of information literacy are constantly developing.China has paid a lot attention to the cultivation of information literacy of teenagers over the years,thus a large number of educational resources have been invested,and the evaluation of information literacy is the key to develop and improve the information literacy of teenagers.Many domestic and foreign authoritative institutions and organizations have released a lot of information literacy evaluation index system.The research for this particular group of junior high school students' information literacy evaluation index system is not completion.And there are few literacy evaluation index systems suitable for the characteristics of junior high school students' physical and mental development.Therefore,the author constructs a junior middle school students' information literacy evaluation index system based on the students' information education curriculum and the criteria in this paper.Then the author design the evaluation questionnaire.After the practical questionnaire and data analysis,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating and improving the information literacy of junior high school students.This study has mainly done the following work:Firstly,the development of the concepts of information literacy and the study of information literacy evaluation index systems in domestic and abroad are summarized and sorted out.And made clearly the main indicators and the specific content of information literacy evaluation index systems.Secondly,through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign information literacy evaluation index system,the information literacy evaluation index system for junior high school students based on the construction method and principle of information literacy evaluation index system was built.The system contains 4 main indicators such as information consciousness,information knowledge,the information ability,information ethics and 11 secondary level indicators.Thirdly,according to the "primary and secondary school information technology curriculum standards" and the junior high school students' information literacy evaluation index system of the first level indicators,the author design the "junior high school students' information literacy evaluation index questionnaire".Relative explanation for how to calculate junior students' information literacy evaluation index was also provided.Fourthly,after applying the evaluation questionnaire to 8 classes of a junior high school,the author can get and analysis the data.After analyzing the data,significant differences were found among grades and between genders,as well as relative problems.Finally,aiming at the main problems in the information literacy of junior high school students,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the information literacy level of junior high school students.Such as:guide and encourage junior high school students to use relevant Apps to solve the problem in daily life,open the school's digital information resources,let information literacy related to the competition,the use of animation and other forms to propaganda information ethics and information security awareness and so on.
