Education is the foundation of national development, and the teachers ar e the main factors of the implementation of education and teaching. Enhancing teacher quality is an important step to improve educational quality and implement the new curriculum reform, with the gradual advancement of new our country has introduced a series of policies to enhance pre-service teachers, and it has begun to notice and develop to their information literacy. In the information society, information literacy is related to the all-round development of a person, not only the current development, but also includes the future development, future career plan, and teachers’ life- long education.This study selected five majors career students as the research objects, including physics education major, chemical education major, primary-school education major as well as information and computing science major. The main content of this research is information literacy, and it launches four aspects investigation into on the aspects of these normal professional students, and bring it to a conclusion. This research prepares the questionnaire independently, and the conduct the measurement and analysis of the normal professional students’ present information literacy stations as well as the information and competing science major undergraduate and graduate students.First, this paper sort out the present researches, the literature summary of the background of researches, current situations of domestic’s researches and current situations of foreign researches, according to the present research, we can points out the research purpose and significance of the study.Secondly, establishing the index system of information literacy. The evaluation of the degree of information literacy directly depends on the established of system of information literacy, it also the basic of design questionnaire. This chapter establishes the primary index system by using the methods of literature, and using expert’s method to evaluating indexes, and empowerment by using principal component analysis. The system of information literacy of physics normal students is established, and prepares the questionnaire.Thirdly, the author makes an empirical test on the primary information literacy index system. Through two times measurements and analysis the test project primary index system, established a system of information literacy index, and prepares the measurement questionnaire which both reliability and validity were nice.Then, the present situations of college students were measured. In-depth analysis of grade of 2011 physics normal students in information literacy researches, It is analyzed that the level of physics normal students is average, the information knowledge is the lowest, the highest aspect is information ethics. At the same time, measures many majors students’ information literacy, differ from the college students of major of chemistry education, major of biological education, major of primary school education, information and computing science major and master degree candidates. We saw that the information consciousness and Information ability of physics normal students need to increase.Finally, we can use the correlation analysis for the factors of students’ information literacy, and puts forward some effective suggestions. On the one hand, the influence of the information literacy for physics normal students from the social network moral construction, the management of school and, the library of construction. On the other hand, the influence of personal non- intelligence factors is obviously, such as the importance of information literacy of students, participating in practices and the awareness of information technology in the teaching application as a future teacher. At the same time, put forward the proposal of the management of school, the information literacy of college teachers and information technology curriculum system and network moral environment.
